Equine Assisted Psychotherapy

So I'm looking at different therapy options, and I think I found one that might suit me. It's called equine assisted psychotherapy, and it's basically therapy in the presence of horses. By interacting with the horses, you learn about your own emotions and whatnot. When I was in a very bad place emotionally, I used to visit the farm in Ashland and hang around the horses - sometimes riding, but mostly just sitting and watching, and I always felt better.

The therapy part is covered by insurance, probably, so I'm going to bring it up to my mother. If it helps, it's worth a try.

Shit

I am the living embodiment of Murphey's Law.

You know that rash that I could get from the Lamictal? You know, the one medication that had even the slightest possibility of helping?

Yeah. I'm covered with this fine, extremely itchy, rash. I just had my psydoc paged. Wherever I have cuts on my hands and arms are these huge red, raised blotches. Scars from where I cut myself months and months ago are now huge raised red blotches.

All I can say is my skin better not start sloughing off.

And I still better be able to be online tonight.

Guh.

My life sucks.
