more snowing

So my morning class was not cancelled and I parked in a snowbank. Poor Lilo (the well-meaning car from hell) almost had to stay there as the snow drifted up under the tires during the course of the class. Fun.
BUT - my art teacher offered me a spot in her directed study at a different school for next semester. I'll be working on a real honest-to-god portfolio. :) So that was was worth getting stuck for a few minutes in the snow.

The class for which the horrendous paper-from-hell was written was cancelled. I didn't know this until I rushed (aka, finished in less than an hour) the rest of my paper to get it done in time. So now I have four hours to kill before Chemistry, which I have a feeling might be cancelled as well.

I'd like to work on icons and the revamping of my site, but the school comps don't have photoshop or Dreamweaver and I don't want to drive all the way home only to drive back an hour or so later.

Writing, perhaps. Hmmm... I do have a challenge response I need to work on...

crap

my QaF dvds were due back yesterday... and I still haven't finished the second one. Oh well. Maybe return tomorrow or Wednesday and pick up the rest of season one. You know, for a fandom I'm beginning to love quite dearly, I'm very behind on source material.

I will not be a fic writer who writes based on fanon. It's one of my biggest pet peeves in sQ and I will not be a party to it in QaF. So yes, QaF fic is on the horizon, but not until I've at least seen all of season one.
