My ears hurt, and they're pretty swollen. I hope they aren't infected - although I don't see how all four holes could be infected. Just in case, I've been applying that ear cleaner stuff a LOT. It's been a long time since I've had anything like this done, and I guess four pieces of metal at the same time can be kind of a shock to the body. I hope that's all it is, and I hope the swelling goes down soon.

Does anyone think ice might help?

Well, I'm going to the hospital. One of the earrings is now... IN MY EAR. Like, literally. Stuck. I tried taking it out, and BOOM. Stuck.

So, if you don't hear from me for the rest of the night... well, I'll be in the ER. I'm bringing my notebook so I can transfer my pain and utter embarrassment into fic form.
