Hooray for Vader
Jun. 23rd, 2005 01:35 amHad a Star Wars day yesterday with Ian (one of my brother's friends who happens to have more in common with me). We got a dozen little Burger King toys, watched eps. I, and II, then the Clone Wars, then RotS. At the theater, they had this pile of Father's Day RotS promo posters, so we each grabbed a handful.
drunken_hawkeye, one is coming your way.
It's a Vader poster, and says "Who's Your Daddy" in a nifty font.
So that was good.
Tomorrow I'm going to drive. I've done a lot of southwesterly driving lately, so I think I'm going to go north tomorrow. Probably west, because I've been all up the coast and there isn't much interesting to see because it's almost entirely Interstate.
Wrote another SW fic - Luke asks Old Obi-Wan about his father. I liked the premise, the execution was a little sloppier than I had in my head when I thought it up last night. But oh well. It's at
wolenczaklabs. Working on the longer SW fic too - poor Ani's getting his ass handed to him during sparring practice.
I downloaded a different vid editor-thing, so we'll see how that works out. I want to be able to get rid of the timer across the top of the thing I'm going to be taking clips on for my next vid, and apparently this program will do that. *crosses fingers* We shall see.
