water water everywhere
Feb. 1st, 2006 03:14 pmI joined the Boston Sports Club yesterday, and spent my morning there today. Water aerobics, baby! It's all elderly women, and I love them all already. Then I logged about twenty minutes on the treadmill before I had to leave to go to work.
I love BSC. :) I have an appointment with a trainer tomorrow, but I probably won't get the trainer package thing what with the saving money. The funny thing is I will probably be getting all of this for free - I signed up for the two year plan, which is considerably cheaper per month than the monthly membership - the upside being when I move, I get out of the contract because if you move 25 miles away from any gym owned by this company... the contract goes by-by. I even read the fine print on that one and made sure the girl who signed me up explained it. Looks good. The free part happens if my health insurance kicks in - they pay $150 a year, which equates into a little over four months - I don't plan on being here that long - and they pay retroactively.
So now I'm at work and all energized and stuff. :) Bored, but energized. :)
