Thanks to everyone for their comments on the last post. I just re-read it and realized I wasn't particularly clear on an important point - 500 calories is not my daily intake, nor would I want it to be! I like food way too much to cut back that drastically. I also know it's exceptionally unhealthy. What I should have said was I wanted breakfast and lunch to be 500 cals, then be able to eat sensibly for dinner. I certainly have no intention of starving myself!
