I was looking at pictures of skin removals. My first thought was "ew, that could get so infected so easily". My second thought was "Having one would mean picking scabs! Sign me up!" I love picking scabs. I love peeling sunburns. I highly doubt I'd ever go through with a skin removal, because... infection is not my friend... but damn. That would be the best scab ever. Then again, I could aways just get another tattoo, which is what I'm going to do when I get enough money.

I've been debating what to get. I already have the kanji character for "truth" on my back. I was thinking about getting the infinity sign on my hip, but that is overdone. Pi would be kind of ironic, but I'm not really into ironic math. So I've decided to go with something that I know would mean a lot to me now, and I know will mean a lot to me in the future.

I'm going to get the Imperial symbol in red and black on the back of my right shoulder. I want the red to start in the center and bleed out into the black ink. It means a lot not just because it's SW, but because the thought of it represents a friendship and a unity. The Empire may be the "bad guys", but the symbol was once the symbol of the Republic. It represents ever-changing whims. It represents life and death.

I'm gonna have to see how much it will cost.

*giggles* It's not going to happen anytime soon. I need to start saving up for it in bits and pieces so my mom doesn't catch on and yell at me for wasting money. ;)

I want a tattoo so badly. ;_; But I'm waaaay too indecisive to settle on what to get and where to get it, etc.

Plus all my local friends have moved out of town so no one can get me drunk and take me. XD

Heh. In general I am too, but there are some things that are just... too good not to get a tattoo of. If I had more money, I would be one of those punk-psuedo-neotribal chics, but I can't afford it. :( Plus my ears don't like piercings other than cartiledge, so no plugs for the D girl.

Oh man, that sucks totally. If I lived near you, I'd get you drunk and take you. :P

I had a really rockin' eyebrow piercing throughout high school. Sadly, it got badly infected right around the time I had to have a CT scan, so when I had to take it out it was too painful to put back in again. ;_;

Ears were pieced when I was eleven, but they too got infected and closed up.

I have the worst luck. God only knows what would happen if I really did get a tatt. XD

Oh gross. Piercing infections suck so much - I definitely sympathize. Plus it sucks that the holes close up and it hurts like hell to try and get them back.

Hmm... for some reason I'm getting "skin peeling off" in my Spidey sense. Maybe a tatt isn't such a good idea. Have you looked into the temporary ones from vending machines?

Haha, hey you should get the southern cross on your shoulder blade. That's what I'd get if I got a tattoo (lol, which I wouldn't because I'm change my mind too often). When I was 14 I wanted a rose and thorns under my belly button...

It's like.... a tattoo, only instead of adding ink, you're removing skin. And I know it's gross, T. :P That's why I like it!

*giggles* I'm never getting a religious symbol tattoo'd on me. I would burn for it. And the rose and thorns sounds good - as long as it's not on your lower back, it's all good. ;)
